In The Now
I had been taken by certain pieces of art around Hood River and when they were all the same artist decided to check her out. When I met Ellen I felt we meshed immediately. I was pretty much blundering not know exactly what I wanted but did know where I wanted a new piece of art. Ellen opened up her "photo gallery" and we discussed various pieces but then it clicked! I felt Ellen was just as excited about doing the piece I selected as I was to see it done.
My time in Hood River was limited to about two more weeks. I assumed I'd have to accept the large, new art piece long distance. Much to my surprise Ellen called a week or so later and the picture was done...and it was beautiful!
My Dittebrandt is the focal point of my home and the WOW factor when people enter. Everyone comments on the use of color which is what sold me on all Ellen's work I saw. The process was so exciting and painless...although I held my breath to see how it shipped. But even that was a process Ellen handled with professional care.

After we finally made a selection, you were most helpful in facilitating the framing and shipping to CA. Everything was done in a timely fashion which helped ease any concerns I might have had. I especially appreciated the easy attitude you maintained. You were very reassuring, I trusted you, and felt you had a lot of integrity. We both love the painting and have nothing but wonderful memories about its passage into our home and lives.
